I’ve had a couple issues with non-flushable wipes that my wife had been using. As a result our septic system got clogged, and to make matters worse, we had relatives visiting from out of town. I called Drain-Rite, left a message, and within a few minutes had a return phone call, and a same day service! Much appreciated and very professional. Thank you!

I called drain right on 12/20/18 and spoke with a guy from rocky hill ct about a toilett clog at the property that I manage and this guy begins to tell me he was familiar with the "project" and how he used to do work there 20 years ago and that I needed to find out who we were using now??? Obviously if your services were solicited we have no one and secondly you referred to it as a project as of it was public housing wrong again individuals own their units over all this writer found you very unprofessional and insulting. If you don't want to provide a service to a certain area just say you don't provide service in that area if you are too busy just say you are too busy but by all means keep your insulting and unprofessional comments to yourself! I ended up calling Roto Rooter...the real professionals who solved the problem and their price was not bad at all. It's pretty stupid of any business owner to insult people that can write a review. My final statement to every wanna be business owner....ALL MONEY IS GREEN!!!

If I can give 10 stars I would. I had a serious blockage in my shower which I thought I could handle with draino and a snake but realized the clog was deep and all the way down towards the road when my bathtub and toilets had a gargle noise and bubbles coming from toilets in different stories of the house On a Monday morning I called the company and gave the girl my info. A few hours later the Ed called and actually apologized for taking some time to call me back which was not necessary to apologized because he called me back. After he worked all day he said he would come by the house and see what’s going on. I was NOT expecting him to start working this late in the day I had a major block maybe from roots but the clean out was in the wall and the water was up to top of clean out where he slowly had to unscrew the cap alittle at a time and keep cleaning up water that was coming out. He had to do alot of work before he could snake it. But after 70 ft he was able to unclog the pipe. I wanted to hug him. He was very professional and very clean. Extremely affordable that we felt the need to give a nice tip. He deserved more. Especially for coming the same day. I will be sharing this company to everyone I know. Thank you
